What I learned in the Hot Music Club are Hip Hop, girl style, popping, and locking. I learned some Jazz and belly dance outside the college.

Now I don't dance and rarely do yoga bc they are not really good for our joints and spine. My mom did yoga almost everyday before but doctor told her that her spine has been compressed.

Now I think walking in the nature is the best exercise. The only yoga I would do is the Tibetan Rites. And I modify some posture to protect my joints and Cervical Vertebrae.

I love to dance, too. But I had a car accident and my ankle was sprained. Therefore, I turned to learn to play the piano rather than to learn ballat. I practiced singing a lot in my childhood. So I am confident singing on stage rather than just dancing.

However, I still love dancing so I learned ballet with children when I was 30 years old. I joined Hot Dance club in college for a year. It's really happy to dance. But there are some limitations that I feel I can't keep going.

First, I found my strength was not like the young classmates. I couldn't practice that long time. Second, I didn't learn or practice from childhood. That means they can dance pretty well when the first time they learn from the teacher, but I have to practice every day for a week that I can dance well. Third, I can be very confident singing and do some dancing on stage, but I feel really uncomfortable for people just watch me dance on stage. Therefore, the second and the third year I turn to join the Hot Music Club. Yeah, I really belong there bc I can sing well.
